2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages), 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, the host processes technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system) to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, working website). Data may be processed in the USA; the provider relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking tools.

4. Waitlist and contact forms

If you use a form, we process the details you enter (name, email, and optionally organisation, role, interests or message) to respond to your request and, for the waitlist, to contact you about early access. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps). Submitting a form opens your own email program with a pre-filled message to us; nothing is sent until you send that email. We keep your data until you ask us to delete it or it is no longer needed, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.

If you contact us by email, we process your email address and message for the same purpose.

5. Your rights

  • Access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
  • Lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU/EEA member state of your habitual residence or place of work
